I grew up surrounded by creativity. My parents fostered my love of all sorts of TV, movies and music by encouraging me to get myself out there and try everything. As I discovered more about myself, I found that I loved problem-solving and working with others to create a clear path to success.
I wanted to find a way to bridge my love for entertainment and problem-solving. When it came to applying to college, I was offered a program that would allow me to graduate in four years with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. I found that a combination of Public Relations and Interactive Media and Communications would allow me to gain the skills to create extensive plans to problem solve in my undergraduate experience and then learn to create content that would complement my Public Relations skills.
In all aspects of my life, I go in with passion. During my undergraduate career, I held three internships, two of which being on the West Coast. During my time there, I was able to grow personally and professionally, gaining confidence in who I am and what I wanted to do, which was work in media.
Entering 2021, I switched paths and began working as a project manager at a pharmaceutical marketing company based out of New Jersey called 21 Grams Rad Science. While I loved working in the media and entertainment world, this opportunity has given me a new way to keep expanding my skill set while I still pursue my other interests on the side.
I am currently helping a small media company, Eleven02, develop a new branch of their company, which is a coffee brand. I am excited to be able to balance multiple passions at once.
